Tent Sauna System
HARDY WOOD-FIRED SAUNA SYSTEM
Built for authentic steam, real winter use, and long-lasting durability.
Designed in Minnesota, the Hardy Sauna System combines a heavy-duty engineered wood-fired stove with a spacious five-sided insulated tent layout to create a true sauna experience that can be set up nearly anywhere.
Rather than designing around extreme portability alone, the Hardy system was built around the things that matter during actual sauna sessions:
authentic steam quality
consistent heat
comfortable movement
long-duration usability
durable construction
The result is a complete sauna system that delivers the atmosphere and performance of a traditional wood-fired sauna while remaining portable enough for cabins, lake property, recovery setups, winter camping, and backyard installations.
Why Choose the Hardy Sauna System?
Authentic Steam Performance
The Hardy stove is engineered around high thermal mass and efficient heat transfer, capable of heating up to 300 lbs of sauna stone in as little as 40 minutes for deep, long-lasting steam sessions.
Heavy-Duty Stove Construction
Built around a removable 1/4" steel firebox nested inside a rigid outer rock cage constructed from:
• 1" square steel tubing
• 1/8" steel plate
The removable firebox design allows long-term serviceability while maintaining the durability of the outer stove structure.
Spacious Five-Sided Tent Layout
Unlike standard cube-style sauna tents, the five-sided layout creates improved circulation space around the stove and a more comfortable sauna-room feel.
Full-Size Entry Door
The oversized (44” x full-height) entry allows easier movement in and out of the sauna while carrying wood, water, or gear.
Built for Real Winter Use
The insulated tent design, and large rock capacity are designed to perform in demanding winter conditions while maintaining comfortable sauna temperatures and steam production.
